All customers are invited to give their views on how we operate. Your views are heard by senior managers and the Board and help them to make important decisions on how the business operates.
You can give your views by joining one or more of the following groups:
The Scrutiny Panel consists of 12 customers who meet on average once a month, and is chaired by a member elected from the group. The panel works together to agree which parts of the business they would like to scrutinise.
Scrutiny involves an in-depth assessment of an area such as the website or the cleaning of communal areas. At the end of the assessment the panel makes recommendations to our management team on how things could be improved. An action plan is then created and shared with the Board.
Special Interest Groups
There are four groups that focus on specific areas of the business:
- Customer Services
Each group has an elected chair and meets four times a year to identify improvements in their business area, such as the annual report and how customer complaints are dealt with.
