Service Improvement Groups

There are four groups that focus on specific areas of the business:

  • The Customer Experience
  • Engagement & Communications
  • Housing & Neighbourhoods
  • Property Services

Each group meets online at least four times a year to identify improvements in their business area, such as the Annual Report to Residents and how resident complaints are dealt with.
