As an emh homes resident, you can access the following wide range of services from myhomeonline:

  • Report a repair
  • View your repairs history
  • Report anti-social behaviour (ASB)
  • Pay your rent
  • Order a new rent swipe card
  • View your rent and service charges and print a statement
  • Update your personal and household details including telephone numbers
  • Add or remove correspondence addresses
  • Send us a message

Once you have registered for self-service, you will be given access within 24 hours.
