Getting to know you
Knowing more about you and your household means that we can provide better services to you and make sure that we treat you fairly. It is also important that as your landlord that the information we have about you is accurate and up-to-date.
Over the next few months we will be contacting residents to update their household information. This will include contact details and preferred method of contact, as well as ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and National Insurance number.
Calls should take between 10-20 minutes, and we will also talk about our My Home Online service and other services that you might be interested in.
When we call, if it is not convenient we can try to arrange another time. Also, if there are questions you would prefer not to answer then please just say so.
