Direct Debit error: an update
We have confirmed the position this morning with Allpay who have advised us that all incorrect payments should have been refunded to tenants by the close of play today (Monday 11 September).
Tenants are therefore reminded not to make an indemnity claim from their bank, as this will in effect refund the original correct payment.
Allpay have also reconfirmed that they will also refund any bank charges arising from the error.
